Future of libraries

Libraries are changing rapidly and, apparently, are going to go into super changing mode very soon. We have gone from 1.0, paper and pencil, to 2.0, digital, in a few years. Now it looks like 3.0, 3 D libraries are coming, and 4.0 is on the drawing board - oops, digital board! It seems to me that this is an exciting time for libraries; and according to the articles I've been reading, we have to learn the new technology and be able to teach the patrons how to get along in the digital world.
